Resources
Below I have included some resources that might be helpful for a variety of people, including crisis contacts, worksheets, and information. If you are a provider and you believe your services might be useful on this page, please contact me to discuss.
Please note that many of these resources are not created/managed by me, and I cannot guarantee your experience. I only select items for this list when I have solid reason to believe they are helpful and align with values of justice and compassion. If you have feedback about this list, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Crisis Contacts
Thrive Lifeline has created this very helpful document of non-carceral crisis and support resources. Non-carceral in this context means that these resources will not call emergency services to your location without your consent. As is noted on the document, always use your judgment and review resources before contacting them to ensure that they align with what you are looking for.
You can call 988 at any time to be connected to local crisis lines
Worksheets
Create a safety plan - This form provides the outline to create a safety plan. A safety plan can be useful in managing self harm, suicidal thoughts, substance use and more. It is ideal to work on a safety plan with a mental health professional.
